In-stock pieces are usually packed within one to three working days after payment is confirmed, or after a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. Made-to-order or bridal pieces follow the lead time stated when you enquire.

Shipping policy
We ship gold plated, silver replica, pearl and temple jewellery across India from our Kolkata atelier. Timelines below are estimates, not guarantees.
Charges
Complimentary standard shipping applies on prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders whose jewellery subtotal is ₹1,999 or more. Below that amount, a packing and courier charge of ₹79 is added at checkout unless a promotion says otherwise.
Delivery window
Most metro and large-city addresses receive parcels in five to eight working days after dispatch. Other PIN codes may take longer. Public holidays, weather, and courier disruptions can add delay. A tracking number is shared when the parcel leaves the atelier.
Address and failed delivery
Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. If the courier returns the parcel because the address was incomplete or nobody received it, we may charge you again to reship, or refund the merchandise less outbound shipping.
Inspection
Please open the parcel in front of the courier when you can. Photograph any crushed box or missing item before you discard packaging. International shipping is not offered unless we confirm it in writing.
